Terms

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Randle. By downloading Randle or creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Randle. Keep access to your email address safe, because it's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

What you're licensed to do

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Randle on your own Macs while your account is in good standing. Randle itself, and its name and marks, stay ours. What you create with Randle stays yours.

Randle acts on your Mac, for you

Randle clicks, types and opens things on your behalf, using the access you give it. It asks before anything it can't take back, like sending, deleting or buying. When it asks, the decision is yours, and you're responsible for what you approve and for the tasks you give it.

You can stop it at any time with Esc, the stop button, or by saying stop.

AI can make mistakes

Randle's answers and actions come from AI, and they can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, especially legal, medical or financial information. Randle's explanations of documents are there to help you understand them. They aren't professional advice.

Plans and payment

Updates

We improve Randle often, and it updates itself. Features may change over time. If we ever stop offering Randle, we'll give you notice and refund any time you've paid for and not used.

Your privacy

Our privacy policy explains what Randle sees, what passes through and what we keep.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using Randle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts Randle or other people at risk. We'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Warranties and liability

Randle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited, or liability that can't legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. If you keep using Randle after that, the new terms apply.
